Vivo XPlay, Full HD Quad Core superphone!

Vivo XPlay, Full HD Quad Core superphone!

The Chinese smartphones are famous for their relatively low prices and cheap build qualities, but Vivo is looking to change that with its Vivo XPlay. The flagship from Vivo, the Vivo XPlay is a very surprisingly well equipped smartphone which has absolutely made us its fan. Vivo XPlay is packing some real heat under the hood and we are sure if released internationally it will successfully capture the attention of many Android fans.

The Vivo XPlay comes with internal specs which can easily compete with other flagship smartphones from bigger OEMs. HTC One and Xperia Z are great but Vivo XPlay even surpasses them in some ways. The smartphone comes with an impressive quad core Snapdragon 600 APQ8054T processor which clocks at 1.7 GHz. Adreno 320 GPU coupled with 2 GB of RAM makes Vivo XPlay one of the fastest and smoothest Android smartphones around. The smartphone also comes with 32 GB on board memory as well as a microSD card slot for further expansions.

Now to the exceptionally impressive parts, the Vivo XPlay packs a full HD 5 inch screen and comes with a 13 MP main back camera. The interesting thing is, the smartphone has a 5 MP front facing camera which will take stellar self-shots. Vivo sure knows what the market wants. To top it all off the smartphone has a 3200 mAh battery which we suspect will be almost too good for a day’s work. On the audio side, the Vivo XPlay has three different HiFi chips to provide an impressive audio experience. At this time the official price is not known but rumors are suggesting that the device will cost 3599 Yuan, which is roughly around $ 594. While this is a large asking price for a Chinese smartphone, the specs make it justifiable. No word on whether Vivo is interested in releasing the Vivo XPlay outside of China, which is a shame because a smartphone like this should be made available for everyone.

  1. 7.99mm-thick body, while boasting a screen bezel of just 2.3mm thick? wonderful! :) Yes it's pretty cheap but it competitively proforms like high-end mobiles:) Good for us who can afford those kind of phones, we can still enjoy having one like Vivo XPlay, I just got mine from http://www.merimobiles.com/vivo-xplay-snapdragon-msm600-quad-core-5-7-inch-full-hd-1920-1080-1-7ghz-android-4-2-13-0mp-cam-wcdma-gsm-3g-smartphone_p/meri7400.htm
