More Details Emerge about the Sony Xperia Tablet Z

The latest flagship device from Sony the Xperia Z smartphone really did impress us on its CES 2013 unveiling. And Sony also mentioned that the design will be portrayed on all of the upcoming machines. Sony was indeed looking ready to start competing with the established giants. Sony Xperia tablet Z is also shaping up to be a top notch device, if the recent leaks and rumors are to be believed.

Sony Xperia tablet Z, based on the emerging reports is going to be a stellar tablet with specs to rival even the most powerful tablets on the market. Indeed after being in the shadows for nearly 2 years Sony is looking to make a comeback with a bang. Specifications of the Sony Xperia tablet Z have been leaked on the internet and are repeating some features touted at CES 2013. Although Sony has yet to make an official announcement about the tablet, if the specs are any true, they may have a market winner on hands.

According to the reports Sony Xperia tablet Z will be sharing some traits of if t Xperia Z smartphone, being dustproof, water resistant and being slim and stylish are the few of them. Sony Xperia tablet Z will have a 10.1 inch screen with a resolution of Full High Definition 1920 x 1080. The tablet will be powered by a powerful 1.5 GHz quad core Snapdragon processor and will feature 2 GB worth of RAM.

We don’t have confirmation whether the Sony Xperia tablet Z will boast the same Bravia screen technology which the Xperia Z smartphone uses or not. But we have reason to believe that it will, partially due to the amount of praise it got at CES and partially because using in house technology is far more profitable. The tablet will have 32 GB on board memory, a 8.1 mega pixel rear facing camera as well as a 2.2 megapixel front facing one. The tablet will be running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and will have support for LTE networks. We will keep an eye out for any official announcements.
