Redneck Revenge takes place at a backwoods bar during a zombie apocalypse. You play a little redneck that’s trying to stay alive and you’ll have to defend his position against swarms of hungry zombies. Killing zombies is as easy as tapping the screen, but staying alive is much harder as once they chomp through your barricades you’re usually toast. Redneck Revenge has around 50 levels spanning four different episodes and there are lots of cool weapons to kill zombies with. The Spud Gun isn’t the most powerful, but it’s become a favorite of mine.
I’ve been playing this one off & on for the past week or so and it’s really grown on me. You’re probably going to die a lot until you get some good gear, but the weapons aren’t overly expensive and you earn plenty of cash through gameplay. I’m in the last stages of the game now with a maxed out M-16 so I shall return in a few days with a full review. Needless to say, if you love zombies you’ll want to check this one out.
